A website of photographic possibilities

Photography is not just the art of reproduction and representation. There are many techniques open to the photographer, one of the most important being framing; what is shown and what has been left out. Focusing, depth of field, light effects, zoom, long exposure and close-ups are used to produce an image from light gathered at the original scene. I enjoy using all of these to create a final, striking image. Millions of digital photos are captured daily. To consistently produce images incorporating my "idiosyncratic personal vision*" is my constant challenge.
